Sure I can. I saw P4 for $20 on Ebay (Buy it Now, no bids) and Amazon has P3 FES for around $20.

That's as cheap as you're going to see both of them. P3FES has been $20 for a bit now, and the supply at that price is starting to dwindle. P4 runs about $30 now, and is also starting to run low in some areas. (The $20 price for it right now is a steal.) Given how I've seen Atlus titles jump in price, I'd severely worry about being able to get them both for $50 come October...
