Oh yeah, thus far the big three hyped games that have come out, according to reviewers

Bioshock>Metroid Prime 3>>Heavenly Sword

It's not over yet, but I doubt metroid is going to score the 10s necessary to overcome bioshock. I am interested to see where Halo 3 is going to fit in there though. I mean it is the second coming of videogame jesus, from what I hear on the street.

Gametrailers and Ign are my 2 most trusted sites and they say it's awesome which is enough for me (It's MP though so I never doubted it would be fantastic).
The IGN review did make it sound like it would be a little bit higher (9.6 or 9.7) but with a 9.5 you can't really complain.

I expect gamespot to give it an unusually low score compared to others. Somewhere around 88% wouldn't surprise me.

I understand what they mean about controls though. Even with games like RE4 I notice how much the wii controls improve it. The thought of playing RE5 with dual analog is just annoying. Feels like a massive step backwards.

That is so great, I've been waiting for a balanced shooter since the Wii came out.
I don't like Medel of Honor or Call of duty that much, but these controls sounds awesome!

Actually Gamespot score on an .5 basis now. So they, I predict, will give it an 8.5.

It's sad but I keep going to my metroid preview channel just to feel how smooth the cross hair moves around. I really can't wait to try out what the wiimote can do when used proper.

New technology and ideas take time to come into their own, I think Metroid is one of the first games that will show what Nintendo had envisioned when going in this drastically altered route. I just hope the innovations keep flowing.
