Forums - Gaming Discussion - Something I've noticed about some PS3 fanboys and multiplatform games

They seem far more inclined to put them down than 360 fanboys.  Is it because they see some of them as some kind of betrayal?  It's not for all games but some of the bigger ones.  For example I've noticed it to a certain extent with GTAIV and now I'm starting to see it with RE5.   Anyone else noticed the same thing?

with regards to GTAIV some might say it's DLC envy whereas others might say that GTAIV in reterospect was not as awesome as everyone first thought.

With regards to RE5...it's simply because RE5 on the ps3 is inferior.



PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Well the 360 owners are already used to sharing most of their console lineup with the PC so it's not really surprising they're more easy going with multiplatform games.

wasnt GTA4 better looking on ps3?
but of course ps3 fanboys would put down bad ports... and they should why pay the same price when there version lacks the same polish as the 360 version.... and thank to fanboy complains developers are putting more effort into making equal multipatform game

Err one ought to wait for the full version of the games...

Demo = 30FPS

Real game = 60FPS

Obvously there could be other changes between the demo and the real thing.

As far as gta4 is concerned the game wasn't very fun (saints row 2 was better). RE5 sucks because If I want to melee someone I have to unsheath my knife..... stand perfectly still....slash......turn to next enemy.......realise said enemy is a foot away.........put my knife back in the sheath.......take one step forward........unsheath my knife.....stand perfectly still.....slash......rinse and repeat.
