sorry I can't control my excitement for the above two franchises
1. New Zelda
2. New Mario (either Galaxy 2 or NSMB 2, not a crappy spin-off, sports of party game)
3. 2D Metroid (preferably on DS)

Zelda, without a doubt. New Metroid and Mario games (for Wii anyway) are extremely unlikely to be announced anyway. Prime was only supposed to be a trilogy and Retro says they're done with the series for the time being. Main console Mario games have only appeared once each generation..
but Zelda is due for a release (or at least an announcement) when you consider that it will have been three years by this holiday season.
Metroid. 2D preferably, but if 3D then NOT like Prime 3 or Hunters.
Zelda > Mario 2d > Mario 3d > Any Metroid
New Zelda.
