Zelda, without a doubt. New Metroid and Mario games (for Wii anyway) are extremely unlikely to be announced anyway. Prime was only supposed to be a trilogy and Retro says they're done with the series for the time being. Main console Mario games have only appeared once each generation..
but Zelda is due for a release (or at least an announcement) when you consider that it will have been three years by this holiday season.
