Anyway where is Rectum? Its been two months since he last loged in. Clan is pretty active with new members but i don't think must of them even visited VGZ once. lol

man i miss playing KZ online, too bad i don't have much time these days =/

And that's something I hope to change with Killzone 3.  The VGChartz clan isn't much of a *VGChartz* clan anymore.  With the next game, I hope to create an even bigger clan of active VGChartz members, helped in part by the site's ever increasing size.  We'll focus more on just playing together and having fun.  The best days of this clan were shortly after launch when at any given time you could find 10+ members just messing around online.  Eventually it got to where we were playing "official" matches all the time, and whenever I'd hop on to play with you guys, I'd get "Oh, we're waiting to start this match.  Maybe in an hour." or something.  That's a big reason why I eventually stopped playing, and I know it had a hand in why outlawauron and others moved on as well.  The clan became way too serious for its own good.

The name is changed again and now is "Remnants of VGCX".

Oh man, it was tons of fun back then. I think I spent the entire two weeks between the end of the spring semester and the start of summer courses playing Killzone 2.

Yeah, those days were the best IllegalPaladin. I remember playing with you daily.

Shan, I get the feeling we're going to stay on the front of the clan section until Killzone 3 drops. It's not looking like they're going to hold any more tournaments anytime soon lol.

@ MM - I actually disagree with most of what you said, although I see where you are coming from. For me the best KZ2 days are now, there's a small knit community, and the games are as enjoyable as ever. The early days did rock however, all those internal practices we did were great fun. As for 'the got too competitive part' I would have to say that we were so un-competitive back then in comparison to what it can be like now. We have people leaving if we don't win, and hissy fits as loads of our players disconnect in clan matches. Competitiveness is needed to attract good players, and to gain respect really, but I'm with you on this one. I'd much rather have a blast in the warzone that get fussed over some matches. People do get way too serious and take the fun out of it. Those 'good times' still happen a lot nowadays though, I mean me, Docter, Pristine, Zalim etc all like to join games together and have some fun, so if you are ever up for a game just hop on. Also, I know the clan is about 1% VGChartz members at this point, but the others are all still good decent guys (apart from one or 2).

Also, SS has left the clan . And I'm not sure about Rectum: would he really create a new account and not add any of us?

Oh wow. I'm getting my names confused. For some reason I thought your PSN was RectumHumper, which is why I thought you changed it to BigBoobieHead.

Epoch is RectumHumper, and he still posts around here. We were chatting in the PC upgrade thread the other day about my new parts. I guess we could just ask him what's up.

And I agree that the overall Killzone community is more organized and fun than ever, but the community amongst the clan and my friends is smaller than ever, and like you said, often times the clan members care a bit too much.
