I wish MS and Nintendo would buy into Home so all the bitching would calm down a little.
Of course, it's not just console discrimination thats at play here, some people genuinely do feel like it's a silly idea to buy virtual items.
IMO these items are not dissimilar to paid-for-DLC (like coming soon to a GTA4 near you on 360). They add to the enjoyment of a product. If you have the desire to be more entertained at the expense of some loose change, why the hell not buy it?

Havent people already said the noise you hear is not from someone making a purchase? This thread is all FAIL!! Failed on what the noise is... Failed on spending $1.99 for a virtual shirt... Failed on the math... Don't strippers charge $20 for a lap dances for 3 minute song. Strippers make 3.5 million a year.... ZOING!!

Interesting, good for PS3 and Sony, if true. =)

Not, that it worth invest into virtual thing, well maybe for some people it`s worth, it`s their decision,
but more PS3 brings money, more support it will get. :)

2009 confirmed PROFITABLE.

p.s. i wonder, IF thnx to HOME Sony will be able to do PS3 pricecut this spring, and not in Autumn. =)

becasue that statement is from someone who has n't probably used home very much,,,the noises in home are related to your location.if you are close to chess area in mall(far from the stores)you hear people around the chess and the sounds related to chess and the TV close to chess area,,,,when you are clsoe to store's door you here what is going on in the store.

 

 

when you talk only people that are clsoe to you can here you not every one inthe room.
