well its no wonder they wanted some space. it must have been pretty stressful knowing you are responsible for the systems like that.

Guile's hair is drifting apart.

It's just that simple.

Am not impressed by their past work.

Yeah, Jagged, your post provides the correct context. Nothing in that piece implies that Bungie and MSFT are "drifting apart."

title doesn't match the article.

Bungie is not really that kind of great dev. Especially if you see their past games like Oni;..

i highly doubt it, m$ has the 1st option to publish any game bungie makes. that was in their agreement to become a independant studio, so i think if bungie wanted to go to other consoles, they could get sued my m$ for breach of contract.

Well, if BUNGIE designed a PS3 game, MS would get 1st option to publish it.

I haven't read that '1st option to publish' means 'forcing devlopment platform'...

Bungie is looking out in it's best interests right now, and pushing away from MS is it.

MS will be content having them pump out Halo every three years, because people will continually buy it, and it will continually sell good, but you don't only want to make one thing over and over again in life.

Bungie just wants to do something else, and not be a Halo Machine like MS wants them to be, which was obvious by the decision to split-up. >_>

Do these developers look like they're tired of working on Halo??
