the number is way up from before, no? i was used to 300-500 online and 800 when NPD. i haven't been looking up that number recently but that seems quite an increase, which is quite nice (and quite slow site...)

It might be due to the delay in getting the charts up, lots of people checking at the same time now to see if they're up yet.

Not at all, I just prefer it moved smoothly as usual. Right now, it feels like I'm dialing in on 9600 baud (I realize some of you young whipper snappers may not remember baud rates )

It is way up. A day before NPD, it was up to 1000. Now its hovering at 2000. On a normal day, it's around 500-700, so we're seeing some serious influx of over 3 times normal traffic. 

Right now it feels like I am dialing up on a 2800 baud modem using prodigy.net. See Nintnedo si winning old tech FTW!
