An old pic to go with it!

It's coming out on the PS3 first, coming to 360 AND PC later...

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

It looks pretty sweet. 4 player co-op = good stuff.

4 player split-screen is very nice...developers seem to think 4 or more people wouldn't like to get together and play a shooter now and then...it's totally different when you're sitting alone with a microphone...

You know, I was kinda irritated that they moved this game to the PS3, but then I thought about it for awhile... Why would any dev want to go against Halo 3? Might as well go after Killzone, a much weaker target. They can bring it out for the 360 after Halo dies down a bit.

Yeah, that makes sense.
You can play Halo 3 for a few months, play multiplayer for a while, and then in spring 2008 here's a fresh experience! It makes sense...

Yeah, I agree with their move marketing wise. I don't even know if Killzone will come out this year. IGN has it listed for "February 2008". We should get some info soon.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

Yeah it's actually a no-brainer for them to delay the 360 release because of Halo 3. I'm sure they were laughing/secretly smiling about it when Sony made their offer for timed exclusivity because they wanted that anyways.

Hell...Sony's probably paying them to essentially wait and fine-tune the game for 360 and PC.

Hope it will not be as "tuned" as FEAR...
