First, we already have a SO4 thread. Second, it may seem like a thin line, but there is a pretty significant psychological difference between a thread titled "Star Ocean 4 to 360" and one titled "Star Ocean 4 not coming to PS3." Think of the blood we'd let if had threads about every game that did not come to your system of choice.

Whether this game is coming to the PS3 is a legitimate avenue of discussion, but do so in the "SO4 coming, announced for 360" thread instead.
