Now for the in deep recap Sqrl (again) the thing you're talking about must be the level creator. If you haven't seen it yet check out the site and look under game modes and you should see it.

And yes I know this may be irrelevant now but hey I wanted to type something.

I knew about the level creator =P Its this I am talking about: 

"The Vault is where items you’ve collected or created in Brawl are stored. Objects you’ve received as rewards or have downloaded usually appear here."

Am I misreading that?

By 'items', I think he means snapshots, videos, and levels.

Item creator next update perhaps?
It won't work because then you would have to set the value of the weapons and do all sorts of mundan things. And even if they simplified it it's probably not as good as seems and also limited.  

And man I can't believe I didn't see that.

Guess I was right about today's update, although it wasn't nearly as bad as it could've.

Well not much new but it sorted out 1 whole menu into a single page.
