Assuming the convert gold to gamepass ultimate is still on you should do that.

Shopto.net sell 12 months of gold for £37.85. Add that to your account, then get an extra month for turning on recurring billing. Then pay £1 to upgrade to Gamepass Ultimate. For a total of £38.85 you've just got 14 months of gamepass ultimate.

Activate two 12 month codes before upgrading (and turn off recurring between activating 1st and 2nd code to get another free month) and you can get 27 months of Ultimate for £76.70

LTD: PS4 - 125m, Switch - 110m, XBO - 51m

2020: PS4 - 10m, Switch - 21.5m, XBO - 2.5m, PS5 - 4.5m, XBX - 2.8m

Barkley already mentioned the best option.

1. Get a gold membership (look for cheap deals)
2. turn on recurring billing - you will get an additional month
3. turn off recurring billing
4. Buy another code for gold membership (repeat steps 2-4; I think the maximum amount you can have is 36 months)
5. Convert Gold to Game Pass Ultimate for $1, €1, £1
6. Optional: Use the free 3 months Discord Nitro Deal (need to have Game Pass Ultimate), don't forget to cancel afterwards and receive 2 months Game Pass Ultimate in return!

Important: The 1:1 Gold to Game Pass Ultimate conversion for $1, €1, £1 can only be done ONCE.
Don't waste it by using a 3 months Gold code first and then convert it to GP Ultimate or by using the 3 months GP Ultimate for $1, €1, £1 offer that's going on right now. I'm not 100% sure about the conversion rate afterwards but I think it's 3 months Gold = 1 month Game Pass Ultimate.

I might play The Division again since I didn't play it a lot the first time it was on Game Pass.

The following games are available today (includes one unannounced surprise addition):

Dead Island: Definitive Edition (X1)
Europa Universalis IV (PC)
Faeria (PC)
Farming Simulator 2017 (PC)
My Friend Pedro (X1 & PC)
Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker (X1)

I like that the PC games are mostly/all coming with Xbox Live features and achievement lists now.
Also Phil let slip on their  Extra Life stream - I though Control was really good, it didn't reach enough people, so I'm glad to see it's coming in to Game Pass so hopefully more people play it." 44 mins in

lol yeah that's definitely a confirmation. Will add it to the list of upcoming games.
It will probably be added quite soon (maybe even 2nd half of December) considering he already talks about it. I doubt he would sign a deal in December only to release it in... March or something, but we'll see.

I'm also not surprised at all that it joins GP. Perfect fit. Not necessarily a failure but definitely didn't get the needed attention.
