Definitely Mario Maker 2, although Bloodstained is another title I need to pick up sometime.

Super Mario Maker 2 is the obvious answer, despite the level-making portion doesn't appeal to me. Also buying Bloodstained and the physical edition of Hollow Knight which was delayed to june in Europe.
