Is Half Life 3 considered a cancelled game? If so than thats my most disapointed cancellation.. or any of Valves games, i heard about Left 4 Dead 3 and Dead Island 2 they were disapointments.

Also Homeworld 3 Sentinels.. not sure what happened to that game.

Mother 3 for the Nintendo 64 (Earthbound 64). It looked amazing for this time, and the N64 really needed a good RPG. The only decent RPGs it ended up getting were Ogre Battle 64 and Harvest Moon 64. :( I just wish Itoi had stuck it out.

Star Wars 1313. A linear, polished, a fun game isn't something Disney wanted.

Sleeping Dogs 2 was also supposed to be much bigger and fleshed out compared to the first one. From the details I've read about it, it could have been a really successful game. Shame that it was cancelled.
