So now that it seems this nonsense is done and dusted, can we all focus on what's important and laugh at Jose Mourinho? The only manager in history of football who's sacked from Super League club.

Special one to the core, guy can't handle his greatness.

I wonder where will he go next. He's going to get a juicy amount of money so he might not need to work as a manager for the next year or so.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Gladly but he's also probably the only manager to earn more from being fired by clubs than actually working for them, he's a genius. :P

Hmm, pie.

The Super league controversy made me lose interest in the UCL. I don't want to prestige any team that was involved in the SL project, even PSG will not get my attention, since the only reason they refused to take part in this horrible idea was their own interests.

I mean, let's not pretend any other club wasn't only acting in their own interests. They're all like this I'm sure.

Personally I wasn't interested from the moment these semis were confirmed. Kinda wish everyone would lose but I don't think that's quite how the competition works. So I guess I'm "rooting" for PSG as at least they are the only ones that didn't get themselves into the Super League mess, though there are many other reasons to dislike them.

PSG was definetely acting on their own interests, but Bayern and Borussia Dortmund deserve respect.

Speaking about the UCL, I don't really like the Spanish clubs, so I try to ignore Barcelona and Real Madrid.

PSG is such a loser team. They had the game in their hands and left victory escape...

As of Neymar, I question the sanity of journalists here in Brazil who dare to even compare him to Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Ronaldinho, Kaka and etc. It's really nonsense.

I dunno, that kind of depends on when you're comparing them. Kaka for starters, I've heard was good at Milan, but I only ever saw him during his Madrid days so based on how he did there I consider him massively overrated and I'd definitely put Neymar above him.

Ronaldinho is similar. I did see him at his best and I'd put him on the same level as Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo during that time. He was only at that level for a handful of season though, and non-peak Ronaldinho is definitely comparable to Neymar.

Since everybody considers that Neymar is in his prime years as a footballer, all comparisons take in consideration the best years of the players I mentioned. Neymar is way under all them, really, they are not remotely close. It's really a shame that you haven't seen Kaka between 2003-2007 at AC Milan; Ronaldinho at the same time playing for Barcelona and specially Rivaldo and Ronaldo in the late 1990s, by what you say, I can deduce you are too young. In a way, your comment agrees with me, Neymar in his prime is similar to players near retirement.

Imagine a Manchester derby in the UEFA Super Cup. Urgh. The small mercy would be City going in as European champions, and not Utd.

We're in the final! Awesome, can't wait for it.

Hope we get Real. Just feel like we're more likely to fuck it up against Chelsea than Real.

They already did a few weeks ago.

If Chelsea wins the Champions, I'll eat a 20m tall bamboo.

Solskjaer has been whinging about fixture congestion caused by the re-arranged Liverpool match. Their match with Leicester is slap bang in the middle of this congestion. Could be a much changed side there, which could be Leicester's saving grace.
