One of the good endings, right? With Krystal in it, right?

Yeah, and actually ended great game.

Ready even since 1998.
On topic: Meh, I kinda wish for this to be untrue. That just doesn't make sense.
Ultimately I'm down. I'm getting kinda tired of the Mario Kart series, it's time for a new Nintendo racer to rise, and if they're not gonna do F-Zero, this sounds like the next best thing and maybe can expand things more on the story side.
If the game looks good at E3, put me down for $60.
GameXPlain said in their recent video on Star Fox Grand Prix that they had been hearing similar things for the past few weeks as well about the rumor/leak, so that might add even more credibility to this since that's another group of people who heard the same thing.
This is the most insulting thing since Mute City in Mario Kart 8.
This is the most glorious thing since Mute City in Mario Kart 8.
Seriously, though. Nintendo HATES F-Zero. Literally no reason this couldn't have been an F-Zero game. That really pisses me off, and I can't overstate that, but at the same time if this is true, it'll undoubtably be the best StarFox game ever made, and I say that with all the sincerity in the world - this sounds amazing. StarFox pod racing.
I want this so bad now but like I also want F-Zero and I also want Diddy Kong Racing Returns and I HATE that Nintendo pulls this shit.
tl;dr I'm very excited and conflicted.

Who would've thought that G-Zero of all things was (potentially) canon.
I'm up for it though.

Can you feel that? I can feel that E3 tingle in my nipples .

Retro is probably one of most secretive team in industry, like that isnt enugh, team that works for Nintendo.
Star Fox Zero wasnt good game, that doent mean that next game want be good or that will perform same. F-Zero also was never strong IP.
Nothing tells us its cart game, and it sounds that game is quite big. |
I'm talking on the fact that Star Fox Zero bombed hard for Wii U exclusive standards. I just cant comprehend why they would go right back to an IP that severely underperformed on a disappointing system where nearly every Nintendo exclusive sold well on. I think if they wanted to rework the Star Fox franchise this would be the exact way to do it (because let's be honest, Star Fox's system of a $60 game for a 3 hour on rail shooter is sorta outdated in today's modern gaming landscape). However, Star Fox (minus Star Fox 64) has performed relatively equal to F-Zero. I just think it would be better to revisit a franchise that hasn't seen the daylight for 15 years than to rework a franchise that is seemingly dying as compared to its peak.
Again, if this is real, I trust Retro to make it work, it's just not what I wanted and I don't think it's likely. Until this is shown off in the E3 Direct, I have no reason to believe this is real.
