I don't know how far it's from a million but remember each new FIFA almost cuts entirely the legs of the one before it

If numbers on this site is remotely to the truth - It's shy than 300k left and that's without digital and with the World Cup coming up and future sales.. I think it will hit 1M before the next Fifa releases. I'm confident it will.

Yeah forgot about Megaman. I think a lot of people will buy it cause even if they don't like the mainline franchise like myself, they still are thirsty for Megaman and if it sells well they can release a new Megaman X a battle netowrkthe entire franchise might restart. I personally want a megaman x9 I've been waiting for that game forever now. I think Megaman will reach a million no problem because of the hype

Yeah I hope Mega Man delivers.. it's such a great franchise and it deserves a great comeback =)

I have my doubts about Megaman 11. Sure, it looks good, but the design taken is a direct response of MN9. The MM11 looks too similar to the early stages of MN9 (before the game was revealed as "better than nothing"). I'm not sure if they will be able to make it above the dime a dozen megaman-like platformers out there, it just seems like they want to capitalize on the surprise success of MN9.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Yeah it's a longshot, I dont think it will hit 1M either.. but I do hope it does for the sake of being an old time mega man fan.

im gonna say 7-8 million sellers. But there's potential to be more as others have stated

If you are going to count games that released last year and cross the finish line this year, then I think it will be a good amount. I voted 9 - 10, but it wouldn't surprise me if there were more than that.

Yeah, in retrospective I should've added a couple more categories to the poll to account to that.

As how the Switch line up is so far this year, I'm not having my hopes up on many 1 mil sellers. I feel it'll likely be less than last year's. So far at the top of my head, I'm thinking Kirby will likely make it as well as Smash being a definite. Perhaps Mario Aces will make it this year?

According to Nintendo Quarterly Report April 2018, by March 31st, Kirby Star Allies has sold around 1.26 million units. So it gets added to the list as the first million seller of the first year.

Kirby and Fire Emblem Warriors broke 1m making two already, 3 if Bomberman passed the mark after March 3rd. With Fire Emblem on the way this year that would likely make guaranteed 4th and 5 if Smash is out this year.

Fire Emblem Warriors was confirmed to have passed the million mark, but only by combining Switch and 3DS sales, so I won't add it until confirmation of the Switch version doing it on its own.

After the latest investers' meeting, it is confirmed that Stardew Valley has reached the million downloads, so it gets added to the list.

This also marks the first digital-only game to reach the milestone, as well as the first indie title to do so.
