Just teach them to kiss on the cheek and explain that lip kisses have a different meaning when they ask.

I don't do it because of germs and my beard is aggressive to his skin, about what other parents do with their offspring is their business and I can't care less about it, the same also applies the other way around and I expect that others don't have a opinion about how I raise my son.
