My guess would be that Europe is severely undertacked on vgchartz. |

These numbers are not sell-through. These hardware numbers are sell-in.

12.13 million is the number of units shipped so far in FY3/2018.
14.86M lifetime minus 2.74M shipped in March 2017 equals 12.13M, with the extra 0.01M appearing because of rounding errors.
