Forums - Gaming Discussion - If you like Dark Souls and are a multiconsole owner with a Switch, portability or 60fps?

Portability all the way. There's nothing more important than portability when it comes to gaming. Except price. I'll always go for the cheapest option, but portability is very important.

Now here is where you're wrong. Like I said before, there are PS4/PS3/Vita games. The portable version is cheaper.

Should XBO games cost less than PS4 games when they perform worse?

Should PS4 games cost less than PC games when they perform worse?

Your logic is flawed.

How could it be flawed when it's already in practice.

here is an example: https://www.gamestop.com/browse?nav=16k-3-Divinity+Original+Sin+Enhanced+Edition,28zu0

I dunno how this particular game perform, but one is cheaper than the other.

Going to buy it on Switch. The Switch for me is an amazing portable console. Bought DS3 on PC during the recent Steam winter sale although I have yet to play it because I have not much time to sit and stare at a monitor for more than an hour. Probably will get to play it eventually...

Portable Dark Souls all the way even if it’s only stable 30fps

Wow.......1 of a 1000+ games.

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

Ill get it on the PS4 and Switch. Want the better PS4 version, but also want to support FS on Nintendo systems.

If I'd never played the game before and could only get one version, I'd get the nicest one possible (likely PC). I already have the old PC version, though. If there's little actual remastering and/or no deep discount for prior customers, I'll probably just get the Switch version eventually.

I believe the Souls' series are the best combat gameplay of any games I've ever played (and I'm 39 and have been gaming since the NES). I LOVE these games.

But for some reason, I have absolutely no desire to buy the remastered versions. No new content, no significant changes, and only 1 gen old. Just not excited at all about it.

Owner of PS4 Pro, Xbox One, Switch, PS Vita, and 3DS

I would actually play it more with portability available, and may actually finish it, so as a value proposition it would be portability

I'll actually get the chance to play the game more

I played Dark Souls inside and out. 2 1/2 complete play through with 100% Achievements.

Amazing game but no desire to play through it again especially at $60. If I had to pick I'd say ps4 for the remastered version. I'm curious if the switch is more powerful than the 360/ps3 version I've already played.

60fps, but I'll be getting both PS4 and Switch versions.
