Only Horizon Zero Dawn complete edition and Yakuza 0, and even those just because I got them for Christmas. I almost never get games at or near release, so I'm always at least a year behind when it comes to game releases.

For me it's generally that way, but as a result of the sheer number of games I get I still got a fairly-high number. However, it only made up around 1/6 of the games I got.

Yeah, most of the games I got last year were at least a year old, and the games I actually beat last year were from as far back as 1986 (The original Legend of Zelda), and several were from the 90s. These days I tend to divide my time between recent and older games fairly equally.

Most of the games I get are 5th-7th gen due to the sheer availability of them. I would get more 2nd-4th gen games if they were easier to find, I still only have an Intellivision 2nd generation-wise

I think Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy is the only one I got myself. I got Uncharted: The Lost Legacy and Assassin's Creed: Origins as gifts though.

I don't actually own any games from before the NES. Consoles really weren't a thing in Finland before that, so even seeing any older stuff that's not a home computer like a Commodore 64 almost never happens. I've played quite a lot of games from older consoles, but only with emulators since that's pretty much the only way to do so here without massive costs.

Halo Wars 2, Knee Deep, Assassins Creed Origins, South Park FbW, Forza Motorsport 7, Super Lucky's Tale, Cuphead and Life is Strange Before the Storm.

edit. Oh and Pro Evolution Soccer 2018.

And my brother got me Star Wars Battlefront 2.

A lot. I mean A LOT. Gonna list them later.

NBA 2K18 and Halo Wars 2. That's about it.

Ports/Remasters/Remakes

Okami HD (PS4)
Cities Skylines (PS4)
Crash Bandicoot N'Sane Trilogy (PS4)
Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadow Of Valentia (3DS) [x2, once for me and the other one as a gift]
Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy (PS4)

New releases

Horizon Zero Dawn (PS4)
Yooka-Laylee (PS4)
Zelda: Breath Of The Wild (WII U)
Arms (Switch) [as a gift]

There are still many 2017 games I want to buy.
