This site is so predictable, some random guy made a similar thread about ps4 games and now we have this. Pretty sure tomorrow we'll have xbox one as well.

Too early to say but I always cringe when I hear GOAT talk from modern consoles when the consoles from the 70's, 80's and 90's practically invented the genres and games by which modern consoles rely on to succeed.

Eer, well, I was gonna make a thread about the Switch possibly having the best launch year in gaming, but this works too. As for this year in general, that'll always be something up to debate, but it can't be denied that the Switch had one hell of a 1st year. A couple of excellent games, as well as many smaller titles, it's a fine example on how to start off a new console.

Zelda is not Switch exclusive, just like some other games like Mario Kart

For me Mario Kart is the best game on the Switch now

Does it really matter if Zelda is on the Wii U? The console is dead and no one will ever buy a Wii U for Breath of the Wild when they can just buy a Switch which has portability and Odyssey.

Hard to say yet, but the 1st party lineup is great

They're going to need a lot more than the stuff on that "next two years" list to be anywhere close to "best ever", because that looks average at best. I'm not saying there won't be more but maybe you should wait until they announce more before making that kind of proclamation.

Personally, the only things that interest me on that second list are Fire Emblem, Shin Megami Tensei, Project OCTOPATH TRAVELER, and maybe Metroid but we'll have to see.

Actually technically (more modern tech/architecture) Switch is more advanced than PS4/XB1, but has noticeable weaker power. And they relly didnt could go with higher power with this concept curently.

There is huge technical difference between Wii U and Switch (very modern and totally different tech/architecture compared to Wii U), Switch is definatly new Nintendos generation console.

There are some solid rumours that Dark Souls 1 remaster is coming to all current consoles including Switch.

Because it's great game, and more important Miyamoto love that IP so he keep pushing it even if dont have great sales. :)
