Best night's sleep you'll ever have!

I barely shed a tear and never think about her except now. I loved her and talked to her twice a week when she was alive. That kind of not caring. I sleep through everything. Can sleep anywhere. On a tank, on spider infested grounds in Afghanistan, against a tree sitting up, at the cinema, on hard chairs, etc. |
Those sound like sociopathic tendencies... Not caring about anything or anyone?

I agree with all the points mentioned on the list.
I would add, dont eat too late at night and go to bed und get up always at the same time (also on weekends).
Eh, this kind of sleep would be too dangerous. If I notice a noise which is out of the ordinary, I will always wake up. It's impossible to sneak on me while I am sleeping.
But still, I get my amount of sleeping. Strangely enough, I sleep the best on windy and rainy days, because I adore the sound.

I vape weed, doesn't affect my sleep in a negative way at all. It helps if I vape a heavy indica, those usually put me to sleep.
But I do eat healthy and work out. I also don't let sunlight into my room until I am completely awake.
I stopped working out for a while and it affected my sleep more than anything else. Now that I am back on a daily work out routine I sleep like a heavily medicated mental ward patient. (no, I do not take meds/pills except for Ibuprofen when needed.)
But seriously, try working out.
