Skeptical because the only Sucker Punch game I played not named Sly (loved Sly series) was Second Son and that game was fucking horrendously bad for an open world. Maybe the worst example in recent memory. I'm baffled how badly it was designed. So I worry this game will have a great setting but poor design with taking over the base with the same 2 enemy types and Ubisoft list of icon objectives on the map and stupid shitty mini-games to add to the % of each area. (my god those spraypaint sections were dumb) An empty world with nothing meaningful to do and kinda confusing layout. I really hope they do not follow that games model. Since we are not getting many Samurai games anymore I hope I will like this game. Way of the Samurai Series was awesome and so was Soul of the Samurai on PS1, Onimusha, Rising Zan and much more.

No hyperbole here people.

Second Son is awful. It really is badly designed. There is no hyperbole but hey it's the internet's new favorite word trying to downplay someone.

Dreams is going to be a gem that sells like shit.

I'm definitely picking it up, but yeah I think you're right.

It doesn't look like a game with mass appeal.

I don't know what Dreams is really.

Im thinking Super Mario Maker.... on crack.

Dreams allows playerbase to make these small experiances others can play.

Naturally it ll also come with a single player experiances already created by the devs to give idea's to players.

The main focus of the game though, is its a tool to make experiances others can play.

From what we've seen it could also become a great place for the short animation scene to realize their projects in a cost-effective way - they might even go beyond the 3-5m into 30m+ territory if the content creation turns out to be as painless/quick as MM wants it to be.

If atleast the smaller scale creations are VR compatible (the rumored implementation might be limited to sth undemanding like character creation/modelling though) it should lead to a great wealth of content for that medium.

The sad thing is I wasn't even joking to exhasterbate my point, I legitimately don't know what the game's about! xD I am excited to see creative things though

I wonder if Ghost can make it to Holiday? Every big PS4 game should be out by mid 2018 except maybe Spiderman ... if we see Ghost this early than maybe Sony is trying to correct their mistakes and show games only a year off from release? Wishful thinking , but I hope!

I owuldnt be surprised if you are in the majority for that. I too wasnt sure but following some of their dev vids on YT gave me a better idea.

As much as I would love it next year I hink its 2019. I dont think there are many games Sony is willing to throw into the 2nd half of the year. 2019 alongside Death Stranding would be something.

The last of us part II could be a second half of 2019 title. I doubt it, but it could be. Combined with death stranding at the end of 2019 and ghost at the start of 2019 they already have a pretty sick ljne-up for 2019 if you ask me. Perhaps also a new R&C title at the start of 2019 and Bloodborne 2 for the end of 2018 and Sony only have to sit back and count money.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

Why crack? Have you ever tried crack? Why not a  more matching, pschychedlic substance? LSD or better yet DMT.

No I have not tried crack... or any pschychedlic substances, like LSD or DMT.

And honestly dont want too.

Why "on crack" its a expresion when something is rampt up.

my fav open world games apart from RDR is infamous 1 and 2 on PS3. I would have agreed with you if you would have said infamous 1 was badly designed open world, but infamous 2 rectified that. Infamous SS open world design was great traversing through the city was awesome the only thing they forgot to give the city was a character, playing throught the game felt like everyone was on holiday.

My theories is if SP sticks to fictional city they excel at that, infamous 1 empire city had soul but played badly, IF2 had both, SS based on real life city Seattle which could have been a problem.. But with GHOST, a fictional japanese city, playing as a samurai.. i think we might see something special, along the lines of toned down witcher 3.

Finally we will see more from Dreams, can't wait for this. Ghost Of Tsushima gameplay would be dope!

I really hope Dreams can create full fledged games. I do not want to play a game where I just walk through a room with an awkward moving character just to see stuff. I'm not a museum kind of guy.
