Between TLOU Part II, Spider-Man, Ghosts, and Detroit, I'm floored by what I've seen.

Then again, unlike some, I actually appreciate that new games are coming and like that we've gotten some updates on big ones. I couldn't care less for a presentation that appeases internet warriors.

IKR? Like I really cant wrap my head around gamers these days..... The games you mentioned along with the fact that theer are a ton of others that may have had a half hearted showing today (looking at you GoW) but we know is going to be great and then of course SotC......

I really can't get what more people really would have expected.

I mean the games coming next year from whats in your first line (and some you didn't mention) are already more than what some other companies have released in 2 years.

Yup...

Because it is harder to "blow me away" with graphics these days, TLOU Pt II is all that much more impressive for me! That looks like some of the Next Gen stuff that I've seen/helped develop. I can't believe they're pulling that off on current gen hardware. It's crazy!

This was no way the second half of E3.

Sony's last E3 was arguably worse...

A solid conference for me. I love samurais. Ghost of Tsushima is looking up a good samurai game and I think it's open world because of the interview.
Guacamelee 2 the first one us awesome!!
Episode ignis dlc is sugoi!
Shadow of Colossus one of my GOAT game. That gfx, so awesome!!
MHW X HZD! I would love a Robo Dinosaur please!!
Concrete Genie, looks fantastic.
Detroit: become human's demo. Kara is freaking hot. Drool...
And Last of Us II. I was hoping for more gamplay. I guess we will see it on PSX or E3.

For those who are disappointed I guess Ghost of Tsushima, demo of detroit, Guacamelee 2 and concrete giant didn't do for you. Too bad.

I said this one on a different site when it was TGS. People got very spoiled because of E3 2015. It's a gamers orgasm, You can expect another one of those confernce for a long time.

Anyway, as have said by the other poster. Majority of the first party have already announce their games. You cannot expect them to announce another new games. Guerrila games might announce a new game on E3 2018. Media molecule. I think they scrap the initial settings of Dream because of gamers feedback.

Lol..... people are really something else.

The only thing I didn't get from this show was Bloodborne 2. I now finally know what sucker punch is doing.

The way some people talk about these shows is as if they are really going to or plan to buy every single game shown.... Call me crazy but I don't think its possible that everything is made for you.

I'll give it a 7/10.

Blame Sony, for he was the one saying that "E3 was only the first half of whats comming".

I think its not a problem of the content was not there, but everything that ws shown was mostly updates, and even weak ones at that, because it didnt show anything really new about those games. It was an okay show.

Well the second half is divided between PGW and PSX.

Anyway awesome show. So hyped about so many games.

Its kinda insane how good the shadows and light tech in the trailer. Its naughty dog, they are wizards.

I've got to say, I'm pretty interested in fighting Mongols. Games concentrate on Nazis all the time but the Mongols killed a LOT of people.

What the hell were people expecting for this conference? I feel like anyone expecting a better show than what Sony just gave either doesn’t know Sony (e.g. people saying they’re disappointed in only one major new exclusive announcement, yet Sucker Punch was their last remaining major studio to have not announced what they were working on!), had completely irrationally lofty expectations for the conference, or is just being a hater.

I am not aware of a prior PGW—or even gamescom—conference that was ever even close to the caliber of what Sony just showed at this year’s PGW. And why would people expect so much with PSX coming in one month? PSX is typically what Sony REALLY focuses on, and PGW typically takes a back seat, so I expected to be very underwhelmed for PGW. Either Sony just put all their eggs in the PGW basket at the expense of PSX, or they had a ton more stored up to show than I expected.

I watched the entire thing while at work of all places. I was looking for some good adventure games for VR and I think I've been overly gifted. I cannot wait. The new Sucker Punch was just what I was expecting. Step outside the genre just like Gurilla Games did. All the trailers and updates on have we're very welcome. Makes me so glad to be a PlayStation gamer. If this is part 2 though then surely PSX will be part 3. What we still may hear from Square-Enix and FFVII-R and Kindom Hearts 3. From Software, any new game. Bloodbourne or not. Then there is Death Stranding and maybe some release dates - Days Gone perhaps. Proud gamer here.

Ok the conference was nice but to be honest I was not that impressed. Great games were shown but not that many new exclusives we don't already know about. Honestly I was hoping to see Bloodborne 2 revealed and it was not.
I'm starting to wonder whether From Software is even working on it at all.

It has less to do about internet warriors tho, personally my most favourite announcement from Sony this year was FFIX shadowdrop. I stated it before visuals + story are the elements sony is king is but I don't really care that much about it. (depends on the game tho). Personally I love games where story is an after thought and I am so glad to see Zelda/Mario nailing it this year, sure they don't have 4K cutscenes what some people want to have but they are fun.
