This is awful news. If I had know this, I would not have bought the PS3 versions. Damn you Falcom.

Pro tip: in this age, never buy anything (good) that you do not intend to play soon or instantly. They will just remake it otherwise.

This is a fair point.  But in the case of anime niche titles, my biggest fear is the lack of availibility near the end of its production cycle causing an increase of price due to high demnd and less supply.  So I jumped on the first two games in case they become OOP.

It would've been weird for only the third game to be available on the PS4, so this is good news. Now, Falcom, about the localization of Trails in the Sky Evo....

I'm all in! This also means I may never take the shrink wrap off my copy of II on Vita lol.

They'll need to find another publisher in the West. XSeed is far too cheap and doesn't like to pay for licensing.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

Aye, I see your point. This is especially a thing with limited/special editions.

Of course the plus side is that I have the LE of the first title:

So that's something.  I'm anxious to know how the PS4 version will be packaged.
