It’s part of Asia so probably the small countries as I would assume that Nintendo has numbers for the bigger countries like Japan and South Korea. LATAM is also a weak region for Nintendo in general. So will the Switch sell roughly 1.5M over the next 2 weeks in LATAM and those smaller Asian countries?

No ... we pretty much know what they used for the 13 million figure. They made a chart detailing the sales of the Switch by week 47. It shows that Japan, America and Japan made up 12.5 million sales by January 21st. This lines up nicely from the figures from February 1st, so in all likely hood the figures were ONLY from Japan, America and Europe. Meaning huge countries like South Korea were not included.

Do you have a link to that chart?

NA is at 5.5 million, Europe is at 3.5 million, and Japan is at 3.5 million a week before the 13 million number. Those all add up to 12.5 million. It at least seems obvious to me that they only used NA, EU and Japan.

I think it's less then 14 million or close, i think they weren't sure if they were over 14 million with those other country's so they didn't include them in the estimate, i know  it's just speculation, but 1.5-2 million is  speculation as well.

It's fine to have that speculation. We really don't know. I think it's very likely it's over 1.5 million. 2 million ... not as likely I think. It was probably at 14.5 mil in early February.

Yea hopefully the 15 million announcement   will be very clear.

January was a horrible month for the Switch so I'm surprised that halfway through it's maintaining 200k+ but this is a good sign regardless. It's selling by hardware alone for sure. Speaking of, February is going to be better with Payday 2 and the Bayonetta ports but man, we need a Direct real soon, we need new games and their release dates. We haven't got a release date for any new game besides Kirby Star Allies :/

And Nintendo Labo, and Tropical Freeze...

Labo isn't for our targeted demographic; it's for kids Tropical Freeze isn't a new game.

You can't deny we are long due for a Direct. Wii U owners have nothing to play. TF's price is unreasonable as well; it being a masterpiece doesn'tjustify $60 4 years later. Dark Souls Remastered has many more adjustments that differentiate it from the original and it's only $40. That aside, right now every new game for the Switch besides Kirby and Souls is "TBA" we need a Direct soon that confirms the dates. Right now it looks like they're going to let the holiday season carry the 20m sales projection, which should not be the case.

In my opinion the N64 was not just the best console of the 5th gen but, to this day the best console ever created!

Labo isn't, but what matters for Nintendo is of course making a bigger bang for the buck. Bayonetta 2 seems to be working for February... Kirby will sustain sales through March until their Nintendo Labo launches, which seems to be the biggest sales driver they hope to have for the first half of 2018.

Aaaand Week 47 and some adjustments are out. Which means Switch stays at 14M for now

Why do these people who literally know nothing scream:- Overtracked! More to the point, why do the game database admins heed them at all? It's not like they have any proof or anything!
