And Nintendo Labo, and Tropical Freeze...

Labo isn't for our targeted demographic; it's for kids Tropical Freeze isn't a new game.

You can't deny we are long due for a Direct. Wii U owners have nothing to play. TF's price is unreasonable as well; it being a masterpiece doesn'tjustify $60 4 years later. Dark Souls Remastered has many more adjustments that differentiate it from the original and it's only $40. That aside, right now every new game for the Switch besides Kirby and Souls is "TBA" we need a Direct soon that confirms the dates. Right now it looks like they're going to let the holiday season carry the 20m sales projection, which should not be the case.

Labo isn't, but what matters for Nintendo is of course making a bigger bang for the buck. Bayonetta 2 seems to be working for February... Kirby will sustain sales through March until their Nintendo Labo launches, which seems to be the biggest sales driver they hope to have for the first half of 2018.
