It shows that Japan, America and Japan made up 12.5 million sales by January 21st. This lines up nicely from the figures from February 1st, so in all likely hood the figures were ONLY from Japan, America and Europe. Meaning huge countries like South Korea were not included.

NA is at 5.5 million, Europe is at 3.5 million, and Japan is at 3.5 million a week before the 13 million number. Those all add up to 12.5 million. It at least seems obvious to me that they only used NA, EU and Japan.
