I'm really interested in this - I loved heavenly sword so much (wish there would be a remaster or something on PS4 for it), and I love the concept of AAA quality in a smaller package, with a lower cost (and would like to support it). Unfortunately I need to finish Persona 5 and Zelda before I have any free time, but hopefully I will get there.

For those playing it - what are your thoughts on the combat? The reviews seem to be all over the place on that aspect.

Combat takes a little time to master, but once you do, it's pretty engaging from that point fourth.

Thanks.... I hope you'll post your overall thoughts once you finish it!

Wow I just saw on IGN that if you die too many times it deletes your save file. That sounds awesome but also kind of scary.

I died too many times in Heavenly sword (stuck on some boss) and I quit the game, never finished it. So not much of a difference :p
I think I read it was something like 8 death before you get erased, the combat is very forgiving though but you can also die from navigation errors at some points. You can always back up your save file if you start getting worried. I don't have patience for nonsense like that, which is how I played through ftl and spintires. I'll create my own restore points.

I just bought it I really loved Heavenly Sword and from the looks and quickly scanned reviews I will love this. Besides it's a 60fps game on pro so that's nice.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

Looks amazing. It's on the wish list.

I realllllyyy want this game and have for a long time. How's the gamepalay though? It looks really unengaging in the Jim video

Shes slowly loseing her mind and is experianceing hallucinations right? its probably a trippy game.

Meh, less then 10 hours. Waste of money to me unfortunately.

Well, that's why it's only $30.

@OP

I'll probably pick this up in September when I get my bonus.  Loving the $30-$40 games we've been getting lately.  I have Yakuza Kawami preordered and can't wait to get my hands on it, too.
