  6. Xenoblade did surprisingly well, given that it honestly isn't that popular.

Frankly, while the list is very strange in places, I cannot be more glad that that series is now likely consigned to oblivion. It's about very few games that I can say that I hate them, but god damn is FFXIII leading my selection by a longshot.

As much as I was disapointed by 13 and will never play it ever again, it was better than ff15 at least.

Sadly that is not good news to me. It means that FF games have continued to get worse each new iteration since 9.

I'll get to that one once they release a complete edition or some such... I sure hope I end up liking it more than you do.

Personally, I like FFX more than any other FF, and XII certainly has its merits. But after those? Yeah...

Yay Witcher 3! Deserves to be higher!

Still need to get my hands on Persona 5 and FFXV. The only KH game I would put on a top rpg list is Birth By Sleep.

Pretty much what I expected. These lists often seem to skew quite a lot towards recent releases and few of the bigger franchises. Not even close to how I would put it, but it's not really that unexpected. There was one of these fairly soon after the release of FF XIII and it was also quite high on that one back then.

No kidding!  Did the people they polled forget that Pokemon is an RPG?  lol.

I usually overlook Pokemon as an RPG, so I wouldn't blame them. Always view it more as an adventure game

From what I hear Persona 5 should stick around the list (not at the top though, that's Chrono Trigger's place) but I'm pretty sure FFXV will disappear when it's not new anymore.

Well, given that it's Famitsu no wonder there's no CRPG classics there - I'm actually surprised that any Western RPG got onto the list at all.
