So is cercei and little finger gona die this season or not, dear lord do they milk these 2.

70 minutes next episode, this gona be good !!!

They had to make Cersei pregnant to make Jaime killing her "extra tragic".  I doubt the following will happen, but speculation I had based on last episode.

Party goes beyond the wall, gets wrecked by the dead, capture a wight and heads to King's Landing (quickly of course) with the Hound being very sick.  They lose the wight, but see Sandor is becoming one so he'll have to do.  They take him to court, undead Clegane battle ensues killing both, and Cersei becomes a wight, marries Euron, is killed by Jaime.

The best analogy I've heard is this season is like a tabeltop RPG that has been sped up because it's late and everyone needs to go home.

Needs more dragons, less Dany.

How many episodes left this year? Lot to be done still.

2? This season`s only 7 eps right, so 2 left. And then 6 for the final season.

I don't see how they wrap it all up with little time left.

IDK about Cersei, with the pregnancy and the ceasing of hostilities it seems she'll live to see Season 8. I was almost certain she was going to die this Season before it started.

Since the witch's prophecy was that Cersei would only have 3 children, it seems like Cercei will die before she gives birth to this one. So I don't think the pregnancy extends her lifespan in the show. If anything it sets the timer for her death at the hands of her brother. (Probably Jaime)
But I think she'll still make it to the next season regardless.

Well as many have noted, we are in skip time mode. I don't mind if episodes are taking place over months due to travel, but they need to keep that in mind with her pregnancy.

Jon Snow better not be traveling from say the wall, back to dragonstone, to the wall, to winterfell, to kings landing, to the wall, ect alll while Cersi still is in the first trimester or something. We need to see her belly grow in leaps and bounds for each major travel. That woudl help to ease peoples time travel I woudl think. It woudl help show that, yes, time is moving for everyone and no one is teleporting.

The show never established the valonqar, so her death on the show might differ from the books.

Agreed. Seems like such a small number of episodes to go and such a lot of things left to wrap up. Hopefully we`ll see some good progress for the last couple of eps this season, and then the final season will have longer episodes

I want the climatic battle to be at least 2 hours of action given the long build up these past seven years.  That's 2 pure hours of focusing on that single plot line, similar to how Blackwater battle was done.

Oh, I never noticed that.
I wonder why they skipped that part when it still feels like that's the direction they're going with Jaime.
Perhaps they didn't want to make it too transparant for the viewers. Actually yeah, I think that may be it, because the TV show also skipped Ned's flashback to where Lyanna asked him "promise me" which made it pretty obvious that Jon was Lyannas son.

Wasn't that also a huge reason why she hated Tyrion?  Because she always assumed he would be the Valonqar.

The citadel was such a let down, after we were introduced to it in the previous season's finale, I was quite excited to see more of it, learn more about the people there, but it turned out to be such a big joke. I am glad we don't have have to see more of it.

Have the writers forgot about paraphrasing? I would like to remind them, it's important.

STOP SAYING BEND THE KNEE FFS.

We heard it once from Cersi in the first season and it was a quite powerful memorable moment, now the phrase is used in every damn scene.

A poor episode with Tarly death, complete lack of Theon, and Jon Snow going straight to the wall instead of winterfell then the wall...

Also a little sad about Mormont arriving and then leaving right away but whatever he always does that.
