Well that was pure liquid dogshit.
Fuck you, Nintendo. Fuck you.

Dude, it's just a video game presentation. A lot of us are pretty disappointed too, but you really need to relax.

Hard to relax when I'm waiting on the results of a possibly terminal tumor and just want to see/play BOTW2 and Bayonetta 3 before I fucking die. :(

They really didn't have much presence this year. All the Switch games announced was third parties. Was at least expecting a new Smash character.

Sorry guys. I had a meltdown.

All the anxiety of waiting on the tests for my tumor got to me.

The is obviously an early year ND for 2020 so that will be the main focus, we didn't have a November ND and we just had an Indie ND which rules that out for early next year so it's likely we're getting a January ND which would also serve as a final push to remind people of AC in March, either way we're getting an early 2020 ND by the looks of it.

Really Sony didn't have much presence either.  I have a feeling Sony and Nintendo decided to just kinda step aside with MS doing the Xbox Series X (gah, horrible name) announcements.

Incidentally,  very pleased to see Fire Emblem Three Houses win the People's Voice Award by a landslide.  The game should have been nominated for more categories - Music and RPG specifically - as well as nominated for GotY and clearly a LOT of people agree with me.

Sony have a new console out next year the only thing they can show at this point that isn't PS5 related is TLOU2 and that had a media blow out a few months back this left GOT as the only thing left to show them not having a presence is expected.

I welcome it that Nintendo reserves Nintendo news for Nintendo fans and doesn't waste them on a show like TGA that isn't worth watching.

Well of course, The Game Awards is The Game Awards, not a Nintendo Direct, it's not supposed to have a bunch of Nintendo news. That's not to say Nintendo agrees with your opinion or reserves all news however. Nintendo sees TGA as worthy going by them announcing 1 or 2 things there every year. That not everyone watching buys Nintendo games already is actually further incentive to have a presence. Also, if news is all you're interested in, you can get it without watching the whole event.

I hope they remake Panzer Dragoon Saga it's a one of a kind RPG.

Well, the TGAs trailer for Doom Eternal no longer shows a Switch logo, and apparently its Amazon placeholder listing has been updated with the ominous "We don't know if or when this item will be in stock."

Looks increasingly likely the Switch version is dead. :(

I finally bought a Nintendo Switch, first games I want to play are Zelda BOTW and Mario Odyssey. I feel like a kid that just received a christmas gift.
