Bought "The End is Nigh".

I love the game. It's fast and fluid with it's controls. The level design is very good. Everything is placed in just the right spot that you learn to predict attacks, you learn how to get into a rhythm of movement. It's a joy to play And the Soundtrack is AWESOME! I got it on sale but I'd have happily paid  more for it.

Heard it was pretty laggy, can you confirm this or ain't it that bad?

I have to admit.... while that's pretty light on variety I still loved the heck outta it, finishing it just took a few hours but yeah, I played it in co op with a younger player who hadn't lived through games like streets of rage or golden axe so it was cool for them to experience screen after screen of tougher waves of bullis [sic] but yeah hope you enjoy it, and keep an eye out for incredibly bad graffiti which should hopefully encourage kids to stay in school!

Have to say as well, if ye haven't downloaded it, Paladins is well worth a look if you ever found yourself even remotely interested in games like Overwatch it's honestly very much worth your time to check this out, the port on Switch as well is beautiful to look at and play, outside of rather long loading times to get to title screen and when starting a game the port is amazing on the lil Nintendo powerhouse. After a ton of playtime I even opted to buy a season battle pass thing for the items but also just to give the devs a few euro for creating such a great port on the Switch, but saying that, you can really enjoy the game without ever spending a cent, I got about 40 hours of play out of it before feeling like giving them some cash, but that wasn't a purchase required to enjoy it more.... just felt they should get some dosh for their work.

Can't really say I didn't get value from my rather tiny payment.

Yeah, had it at 3/5 on my thread at first (too slow and easy start, not enough enemy variation), but upped it to a 4/5. Haven't finished it yet, but got 2/3rds through, which is better than what I managed in Double Dragon II or Golden Axe in their heyday.
