dbz is great as dbz.

i also think people look into the power levels too fucking much..its not about the power levels its about the adventure especially in dragonball and dragonball z frieza saga.

I agree. Dragon Ball is much better than Z, and especially Super. Hell, I liked GT more than Super! At least GT had a little bit of that adventure feeling the original DB had...

And BTW, yes, Goku could indeed use the Bukujutsu during the 23th Martial Arts Tournament. He just isn't very good at it yet... and also wanted to keep it secret so he could use it as a last resort move to surprise his opponent. Even Krillin managed to show some sort of levitation at that point of the series.

I think it's stupid to put dbz and super in the same category. Dbz had a way better plot and a better sense of powers. Super the power levels are all over the place!!! I like db but dbz is way better!!! The buu saga was amazing and my favorite fusion was awesome and mystic gohan was crazy.

I think Dragon Ball had a much more focus story that was grounded while DBZ was just something many of us watched as kids and to this date just for the epic scenes.

Goku literally shot a Kamehameha wave from his feet to propell himself in the air like a rocket because he had few alternatives. No amount of screaming and powering up in Zuper tops that.

Also, I can't see that vid. I'm just assuming because that's 99% of the "cool" moments in Zuper.

I disagree, while repetitive DBZ tops DB.

I like DB/Z/GT

Only downside to Z is the pacing, 10 episode for training, 20 episode for a fight etc

Havent seen Supa yet, waiting on its finish.

I've seen Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, most of GT and i'm watching Super (the series got halted for the time being, so i don't know everything).

GT was a bit dissapointing to be honest, but Super, just takes the crown.
The little i have seen of it has very few redeeming points (seen 25/26 episodes).

The original Dragon Ball was just amazing to watch.
There was a diversity to it that no further "sequels" have.
I loved Dragon Ball Z too, but i gotta admit, the original is still the best one.
