Sony is the only one putting serious effort in making new AAA franchises with Death Stranding, Days Gone, TLOU, Horizon, Spiderman while also maintaining old ones like God of War, Uncharted, Ratchet and Gravity Rush. They've also started new IPs like Until Dawn, Driveclub, The Order and Bloodborne and 1 off games like The Last Guardian.
Seriously impressive output by Sony. It's a shame they have to compete with Microsoft and not with some other company putting as much effort.
Holy shit, that's really nice for 2 weeks. I'm guessing FW most have been 1.5 ~ 2mil since games usually fall off like 60 or 70%?
Still, good for guerilla games, they got a new franchise going, for sure. Glad to see HZD and BotW get good reception, I thought the Open-world "fatigue" may affect them but they have their own take on it (BotW specially)

i hope they look at how CDPR did expansions for TW3. those were freaking amazing. and GG should follow suit. i expect an announcement at this years PSX.
i dont care for expansions for the most part, but when done right they are a great addiction. examples would be first light, undead nightmare (for RDR) and both of the witcher 3 expansions
also what i am really really hoping for is new machines in the expansions.

Great sales! I haven't even opened my copy yet lol! I have so many games to play on my PS4 and so little time to play them all! It is crazy! But from what I have seen in the official HZD thread with pics and what I have read this is an amazing game and the sales are well deserved!
This blew past MOST sales predictions made here in 2 freaking weeks! Heck most people predicted LT 3-4 million and said that was stretching it from what I remember. And they are almost at 3 million after only 2 weeks! Crazy!

Another good example. I prefer to pay more and get a meaty expansion rather than nickel and dime for little bits.
If I could ask for one thing I doubt would happen, it would be able to mount any land based machine I used over ride on. Can you imagine strolling into a bandit camp on the back of a Thunderjaw?
