No game is 10/10.

You could just redefine 10/10 to be "as good as a games get" or possibly, "a paragon for what games like this should be." or something like that.

No reason it has to mean perfect.

A 10/10 could mean that it is better than 90% of all commercially released games.

It could mean that it ranks in the top 10% of video games you played.

It could mean a thousand different things.

No way. Only XII hits top 11.  World 3 made me miss World too much and I prefer early gen digimon. Just didn't prefer IX compared to IV, VIII, X, XII.

Don't have a WiiU so haven't played BOTW but I'm sure if I did, it would be up there as well. Honorable mention is Horizon Zero Dawn which is also one of the best games I played in a long, long time.

Pacman has the kill screen bug. Ergo. Not a perfect game. :P
