I have PS3
I have WII
X360 is the best
I am waiting for the correct price/performance ratio.
1 - cant include anything I would need to replace later (sixaxis) - so must include dual shock 3
2 - BC is nice but not nec for purchase
3 - games I want must = about 250-300$ worth in cheapest able to be found at the moment.
4 - potential is irrelevant, only what is out matters.
I give MGS4 a worth 40$ for me personally
Resistance 1 - 20$
FFXIII - 40$
Haze - 20$
Resistance 2 - 40$
Uncharted - 30$
this is some examples of what i'd be willing to wait for the prices to hit to aquire at the moment.
Ps3's not gotten 250-300 worht of games for me yet thus I can wait till its worth it still. Its a constantly changing value system.
It has a chance of being worth it 2 me by the end of the year to me. We'll see.
doesnt matter what it's retail is worth, just what i'd be willing to pay for it today if I could play it today.
I'm a PS3/Wii "fanboy" (really I just hate Microsoft), but I'll readily admit there's no good reason at this point to buy a PS3 if you already have a 360. Certainly nothing you can't wait for a couple years for - at which point the PS3 will probably be $150 anyway.
I've got 360, which I wanted from day one, and a pS3 which i was lucky enough to win! :) But I do have trouble turning off my 360 to play the PS3. I was mostly Xbox last gen because of Live and Halo, and I have such a huge friends list and social situation set up on 360 that I find it hard to go to the PS3. I always feel like I'm missing something with my friends on Live.
I also love achievements - not a whore about it - but there's just something gratifying that I miss when I am playing on my DS/PC/PS3. i got so used to the little sound popping up.
And I like the controller better on 360 by far (tho I don't have a DS3 yet - maybe it'lll help. I do play PS3 sometimes for exclusives like Warhawk - though it'd be more fun with my friends. I get bored by myself or with my few PS3 buddies.
I bought COD4 for PS3 for something to play on it and to give me a reason to use it more and give it more of a chance, but i ended up trading for a 360 disc because I wanted to play with my friends.
It's not realy anything against Sony or PS3 - it's just that when I play 360 I feel part of a community and on PS3 I feel like I'm paying alone - even online much of the time.
I have no plans to buy one, but it's a good purchase to watch HD movies on alone.
The word on the street seems to be that 360 has a better game library than PS3. Well I've had my 360 over a year now and never once even desired to buy a PS3. So far 360 has been all I needed. And I keep reading from most sources that 360 games run better than PS3 games overall. Don't quote me on that cause I don't own a PS3 but I like to think it's true. :)
I wanted a PS3 for blu-ray but there are only 3 games that I might want so I am still thinking about it.
Not I. But I really *am* in the market for a sub $200, standalone Blu-ray player. And no, the PS3 doesn't fit the bill for me as it needs to fit in the space of my current DVD player and not act as a space heater.

yeah... your story is shit because of your sig and the only two games you own are psp games. (not really all you own, but can you prove otherwise? |
I don't get your point? You bash me cause I only added those two to my collection?
Lately I've been playing PSP and it aint really my style adding it to my Collection list. I just don't see the point. Another thing. Maybe you should try checking when I registered. I MAY OR MAY NOT EVEN BE CLOSE TO HALF A MONTH. Get a life dude.
Alright. Too make you happy I'm gonna add my games to my library. Hope you be happy...

If your gonna bash me because I don't have an avatar or an Icon set, one piece of advice.. Get laid....

Just checked you're info. Are you really 15? God... What an awful way you've been raised.
I have 360 and Wii, and very interested in getting a PS3 - if not for games, for BluRay.
I have to wait and see - price drop and /or the next sku.
More I wait though, less attractive it becomes. I'm very happy with my 360 and there are still plenty of HDDVD movies for me to watch - add to that, the HD movies don't impress me too much.
