It really looks like the dark red ones and not this super bright red (some pictures show that)

Agreed. I'd love to get a cool looking controller, but I'm never giving up my Elite. It is the best video game controller ever made, IMO.

I wish Sony would do something similar. I may have to go with a Scuf for my PS, as I've found the hair triggers to be a great feature. Scufs also look cool. They don't feel as good as XB Elite though.

MS sure is making a lot of special edition controllers. I'm actually in the market for a new one, No way am I spending 65 bucks on a controller, though.

one of the best things from xbox remains the controller, the quality is unmatched and the layout still the best, I like the blue one, but I think im going for an elite when i finally pick up the scorpio this holliday

I've been wanting that one as well. I have two Elite controllers but they're the plain black. I may give one to my friend and buy another if a color scheme that I love comes out.
