Ya it's most likely food poisoning, however high winds can mess with some people's inner ears due to changes in air pressure which could also make you feel dizzy and lead to vomiting.

From my extensive experience in medicine I would recommend drinking a lot of water and playing several hours on a Wii. I highly recommend SMG or SSBB.

Get checked out. I've been suffering from weird symptoms the last few months. The doctors still don't know what is causing my symptoms but after all the tests they have run the doctors and I know it's nothing serious or deadly.

Go get checked out by a doctor. Anytime you get a sharp pain in your head, neck, stomach, chest go to the doctor or ER immediately.

Best solution : go and make a full medical examination . It may cost a bit much ( at least it does here ) but at least youl get rid of the worries :)

winds can lead to sharp headaches due to the high difference in air pressure and headaches are a symptom of many different kinds of food poisoning (for example with botulinum ... one of the deadly kinds)
