Here is the original foxconn rumor: https://www.reddit.com/r/NintendoSwitch/comments/5ea9uo/rumor_someone_who_producing_switch_at_foxconn_is/
Foxconn's leak was posted before Eurogamer's, making this connection Impossible.
We also know X1's GPU frequency is 76.8 and thus all of these clocks are multipliers of the GPU.
Eurogamer's portable is a 4 times multiplier. Foxconn's portable is a 5 times multiplier. Eurogamer's dock is a 10 times multiplier. Foxconn's dock is a 12 times multiplier.
With all the impossible info in this leak that was confirmed, it's pretty much not a rumor anymore, and with these clocks consuming the same power, it's obvious that Nintendo moved to the new chip and upped clocks to match the power consumption they built their device around.
In layman's terms.
256 core would give us 471 gflops docked. About 188 gflops handheld.
More likely and more in line with the switch running BotW at 900p vs WiiUs 720p would be 384 cores. That's 707 gflops docked 282 handheld. Almost a wii u portable and double a wii u (half an xbone) docked. Still not sure though as BotW apparently runs better on handheld switch than wii u.
Best case scenario is 512 cores. Giving us 921 gflops docked, (70% an xbone.)
After the reveal of 900p BotW docked I think it's a 384 core tegra with the clock speeds of the Foxconn rumour on pascal. The pascal efficiency means it can run at half clocks on handheld rather than 40%. So 710 gflops docked and 355 undocked. That's a portable wii u and double that docked.
TL;DR : Basically a WiiU or slightly more powerful than when undocked, and about 60-70% the power of an XBox one when docked.
