*on amazon in the US, there's a little thing called WORLDWIDE
Wii U sold very close to what wii sold in a month or something similar, don't remember well. 80%+ of what the Wii sold. after that we all know what happened.

Its outselling other consoles in the hourlies but for other countries so we cant check the monthly ranking so its hard to tell.
I can say in the UK the Switch is taking #1 and #3 with those two bundles, but Amazon isn't too good a gauge for something like this.
NNID: b00moscone
Switch ID: SW-5475-6755-1986
3DS friend-Code: 4613-6380-5406
PSN: b00mosconi
Also looking back at the launch for 3DS and Wii U they werent the #1 on Amazon
As it has been pointed out, this has never happened too Wii U and 3DS. So this is pretty big. But what matters is how they maintain that momentum throughout the year. They can't afford a dry summer and autumn and the only winter game they have is Mario. That can't happen. Nintendo needs to get their other B list titles for summer and autumn. Their Kirby, Donkey Kong, Pikmin, Kid Icarus, etc. Nintendo has the IP to drive the Switch, it'll be interesting to see if they do.
Zelda, and the two switch consoles hold the top spots inCanada. Impressive given the fact that our currency has put the switch at an absurd price($399 before tax).

For Nintendo's sake, I really hope this doesn't turn out like your Halo 5 prediction, or this will end up as WiiU.0.

How do you look up Amazon's bestseller-ranking of January or February or March 2011? Can't you only look up the ranking of the end of the year?
How do you know that the 3DS wasn't #1 in January 2011 or January+February 2011 or January+February+March 2011 at Amazon?
