I don't even know how to best summarize but basically, US intelligence provided a report to Trump showing that Russia has dirt on him, specifically an episode in which he allegedly travelled to Russia, hired prostitutes, and at one point had the hookers pee on a bed in a suite President Obama had stayed in earlier, which they recorded and is being held for blackmail. 

Uh ... yeah. Well gives new meaning to the term "trickle down economics", that's for sure.

Hiring prostitutes is pretty much standard run of the mill for Wall Street/investment types so that part of isn't shocking really. Wolf of Wallstreet wasn't exagerrated that's basically standard stuff. Trump even in his own book "Art Of the Deal" stated (I remember reading this years ago) that a big part of his downfall in hitting bankruptcy was that he was busy going to Europe to fuck women and party and he got lazy with business. 

So that part of it wouldn't really surprise me. The golden shower thing is a little bizarre, but hey everyone's got a fetish I guess (or three). 

The part where Russia collected intel on this and is using it over his head? No, that part wouldn't be terribly surprising either.

There was a report given to Trump by US intelligence officials that does say Russia has "compromising personal and financial" information on Trump, that much apparently we know happened.

Buzzfeed is claiming that this incident is one of the incidents the Russians have on Trump, but they allegedly have something, and Trump was briefed on it. 

I really hope this isn't real. I don't want to live in a nation where pee pee gate is a legitimate political topic.
