TheGreatOther said: WTF is wrong with me? Bearing children is the primary function of a female. Any man who fails to provide for his children (the primary function of a male) is told by everyone and their mother that he's not a real man. These are biological truths that won't change no matter how disturbing you find them. |
Untrue. An individual of a species possessing the necessary reproductive organs to produce non-mobile egg-cells is by definition the female. The ability (or 'will' for that matter) to produce offspring is irrelevant. There are species where the male carries the offspring instead, but that doesn't make them female. Moreover, a by nature unintended defect doesn't negate their gender either; a printer without a cartridge is still a printer. Besides, the organs are still there. Furthermore, males biologically want to reproduce as much as possible because they want their genes to spread.
OT: Too bad OP that it had to go that way, but it is good you seperated on good terms, makes the world a friendlier place.
