I was speaking of percentage. I would have thought the XB1 would have had 65% of sales in the US or something.

I know, what did you expect the worldwide figure to be before you see the percentages.

oh 23-25m

IF the numbers going around are true (100k difference) then that's extremely bad for Sony. That could actually indicate a shift to what's the popular console among buyers from PS4 to XB1. The 100k win would have been fine without the Pro launch, but with Pro launching? Awful.
Again, IF true.

It's bad for both.

MS as low as 1m in a country that accounts for 60% of its sales in November is atrocious, means they will be short of 2m for the month. They are already way down in UK

Yeah. I'm having a hard time believing those numbers because they're just trash for both.

Well if the 1M rumour is right, we're look at a percentage between 53% and 58% in the US if you think it sold that much.

People are seriously spinning XB1 sales. It's down from 2015 AND 2014. In no way did it perform better than PS4, even in light of the Pro. Was the 100K gap last month "close"?

I thought it would be up because of the 1s. At least in Sony's case there were no bundles that compared to last years. MS released a "better" slim console with UHD that supposedly gained momentum more than Pro's garbage marketing.

Ya Xbox had more bundle options for Black Friday. Battlefield, gears, and mincraft. But PS4 at all retailers either matched value or exceeded Microsoft. They offered uncharted, plus ratchet n clank plus a third game(can't remember what it was) for 249 at multiple retailers.

Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

You're thinking of Sony Europe, which offered a 3 pack of uncharted, drive club, Bloodborne or uncharted, Driveclub, r&c.

The Black Friday bundle this year for US was a $250 slim with uncharted 4. And.... Well that was their bundle.

The third game was TLOU and that deal was only offered at Best Buy. That was arguably the best PS4 BF deal. No other deal came close to being that good with the exception of Kohl's deal ($75 in free Kohl's cash), but Kohls has a very small market share.

Against, IF true.

for it to be true though would require that Playstation has its best Friday sale EVER, AND pass 50 million consoles, AND have the pro pre orders - and yet still do 400k+ WORSE than last year.

That the xbox one S that has been doing well for 4 months with all those sales did WORSE than last year.

It also would require that the only two places to have this information be "windows central" and "crap gamer". Leaving the question why would they have the numbers, why does no one else have the numbers - and specially why wouldn't xbox have the numbers?

On top of that how would they have the playstation numbers? Who would trust the two most biased people possible with both Microsoft numbers AND playstation numbers?

I think MS would have also stated that even with the launch of a new PS console, the XBO held its own and stayed relatively close to the competitition.  Cause a loss may look bad for them, but a really close win would look worse for Sony.  Also got to laugh at the spin in this thread.  300K not being a big gap?  But 260K after 4 months is huge?  And crapgamer is reliable for info?  Oh man.

Do we know its a difference of 300k or 100K? The site over at WPC claims the diff is only 100K. Below is an extract editors note in this regard:

"Editor's Note: Due to the controversial nature of this article and the sourcing, I want to go on record as saying that the information provided here is 100% accurate and not something rumored. These are the facts for the November NPD figures and they have been vetted. -DR"

If this is the case then this does not bode well for PlayStation in the U.S at all, - moving forward at least.. Especially given that November was the launch month of the PS4 Pro along with the now reduced now cheaper ps4 slim (cheaper than Xbox One S) coupled with psvr, this would be quite embarrassing indeed for Sony. And yet still only 100k diff (if true). On that subject, the editor from WPC seems to be putting his credibility on the line by firmly sticking to the story, He is adamant of this fact. Perhaps his source is credible after all. Probably more credible than the 300k figure going around at least. Link below:

Microsoft would have definitely had a jab on Sony if their slim had outsold PS4S I am sure. Hopefully we will get official numbers
