I'm almost done with Arkham Asylumn on PS4. You're right. It was way too bright. Had to turn the brightness  way down to get the ominous feeling right.

 

After i finish, I'm jumping right into Arkham City. Hopefully it captures the 7th gen mood better. Arkham Asylum was a little darker than Arkham City, imo.

Arkham City doesn't have DOF and light shaft effects on PS4 that enhance the atmosphere in the game. Its also brighter on PS4.

There are many improvements like material and animations but I would prefer the original.

Oh, I also really enjoyed the Hulk game from 2003, though I'm not sure if other people really remember that game.

I played that on PC and there isn't much to do in it other than smashing stuff which has been done a lot better in other superhero games.

I still loved it. It was just a fun smash the hell out of everyone game. Which other games are you talking about that have done it better?
