Very informative video, thank you.

If the Joy-Con "controller shell" is sold separately as accessory, I won't buy that. I would buy the Pro controller instead for home use and wouldn't detach the JoyCon(L) and JoyCon(R) controllers, when I put the switch into the docking station. I'm glad that it ain't necessary to detach the JoyCon(L)+(R) controllers to fit the Switch in the docking station.

So I would use the attached JoyCon(L)+(R) controllers on the go and the comfy Pro-controller at home.

I'm also glad that this clunky controller was a fake:

Wow, before GameXplain? Uh oh.

I think they said last night one of them had to be at work or something during this. They are right now geeking out about the mario footage.

I think the shell comes with it for use with the console mode, because I think it ups the battery life and the range of the joycon. I don't think the joycon have a big range in handheld mode to save on battery life. Its a give and take thing.

Very cool.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

Plus you need to be close to see what's on the screen anyway. I wonder about the battery life though. HD screen, detachable controllers, and Wii U level power must be very taxing.

Yeah thats one of its bigger worries, if it compares to the 3DS though then it should be fine

I'm guessing the joycons have batteries in each of them, albiet small ones, since it needs to send a signal, so the joycons shouldn't draw on the system.

I had forgotten!

Its insane how big a impact presentation can make.

The Current Nintendo Switch looks sleek, and well made.... whatever that monstrosity in the picture above is, does not.
