Indeed! It will be interesting to see how console iterations sell in general. I wonder if it doesn't sell, if Sony and MS will continue down this path. I usually wait for Slim versions myself, but if they are going to be doing a PS5 Pro or another Xbox iteration, then I might wait for those instead of launch/base/slim models.

Of course it doesn't sound as positive. That's why the articles regarding xbox last week and Playstation this week use these percentages. Makes the sales sound way better. Here's an example from ethomaz on gaf.

Good time to buy, if you ask me. The good PS4 model with great deals. Once they are gone, only the stripped down version will be available. People are buying smart and it's showing.
