Cpu: i5-2500k3.3ghz, GPU r9-280x, ram 8gb.

The is still lots of room for to scale back or forword with this emu.

Like for instance you could use just the texture pack and turn of xbr scaler and this would give a nice fps boost well still keeping the high res textures.

but the textures in the video where 2x the original size, im now at 4x the original size (Looks much better since many textures are now in 4K res) and dont really notice a fps lose but i might release 2 versions just in case, 2x and 4x hd packs.

PPSSPP even runs pretty good on some android phones but your cpu is very important for emulation on PC and lots of old CPU's are still great for emulation.

But the best thing to do would be to try ppsspp first and see if it runs lol xD.

Yeah if you can run that game you should be able to run BBS with this texture pack mate. But like others have said even without the texture pack BBS is one nice looking game when upscaled.
